Keep in Mind.
Late Policy
If you are going to be late to your appointment, please call the clinic and notify us. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may mean we need to reschedule to provide enough time for a proper treatment.
Insurance
We are currently in network with: Regence, Aetna, United Healthcare, TriWest and Premera (in addition to some smaller plans under these umbrellas). We also take PIP insurance via motor vehicle accidents. We are not in network with Medicare and Medicaid plans.
Patients are responsible for checking with their insurance company (prior to treatment) for acupuncture benefits, preauthorization requirements, condition/symptom limitations for treatment, or any specified parameters around acupuncture benefits.
No Show Policy
We all forget things once in a while, unfortunately forgetting your appointment means the space we held for you cannot be offered to someone else. It affects us as the practitioner and it affects our patients who are trying to make an appointment. For these reasons, no shows will be charged for their appointment in full ($155 for new patients and $100 for established). Please contact us if you have questions about this.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations require a 24 hour notification. Any late cancellation will be charged a $70 cancellation fee as it makes it unlikely we will be able to fill your appointment spot with another patient.
